Senior Manager Strategy Delivery Office Abu Dhabi Ports

An Senior Manager Strategy Delivery Office at Abu Dhabi Ports will be  responsible for driving the organization’s strategic transformation initiatives within the commercial Digital business arm of AD Ports Group while aligning these initiatives with the company’s overarching goals. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 20000 AED to 40000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Senior Manager Strategy Delivery Office

• Support the Director in the successful delivery of initiatives.
• Ensure strategic transformation programs are executed effectively, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and scope requirements while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Establish and maintain close collaboration with the Strategy unit to ensure a unified approach and early visibility of strategic changes at the Cluster level.
• Support the project management aspects of high-profile strategy projects in partnership with the strategy unit, ensuring effective implementation.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to promote buy-in and support for strategic changes, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Advocate and implement a data-driven approach in decision-making processes related to strategic initiatives.
• Assess risks in potential programs and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential liabilities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate coordination across various functional teams and resources to ensure seamless execution and integration of strategic projects.
• Lead and mentor a team dedicated to transformation program management and strategic execution, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead the setup and operation of the Digital Strategic Delivery Office, focusing on managing and overseeing cross-cluster strategic transformation programs.
• Participate in the formulation of the overall cluster strategy and ensure the alignment of other Units and Clusters.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive transformation roadmap for the entire Cluster, outlining key milestones and objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on SDO best practices and trends.
• Translate cluster strategies into detailed initiatives.
• Recommend and implement process improvement measures.
• Ensure strategic alignment between all stakeholders.
• Ensure that departmental budgets, business strategies, and human resource projects are prepared in accordance with AD Ports Group strategy to ensure the development of an integrated approach.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Senior Manager Strategy Delivery Office

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in similar role.
