Responsibilities of Senior Manager Sales Governance

  • Develop, review, and update sales policies to align with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are practical and support business objectives
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (especially CPR) related to retail banking sales activities. Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance gaps, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the sales cycle. Implement training programs for sales staff to ensure a deep understanding of sales policies and compliance requirements. Provide ongoing support to teams through training refreshers and communication of policy updates.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with retail banking sales activities. Work with risk management teams to develop strategies for mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators related to sales governance. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of sales compliance and governance initiatives.

Requirements of Senior Manager Sales Governance

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or in Accounting.
  • 7-8 years of experience in the relevant field.
