The role of Senior Manager – Global Product & Marketing at Etisalat will be responsible for the strategy and direction for products and managed services within the global services portfolio. This role will lead product management and product marketing for Etisalat’s global managed ICT services as well as network strategy for the global network. Role will own full P&L of 500M+ AED in yearly revenue. This position will provide vision, strategy and tactical leadership to rationalize the current services by defining market requirements, profitability models, and how the target state products are sold and delivered. The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, driving business and product performance including designing, marketing and executing campaigns that helps drive up the product revenue from different segments.

Duties Of Senior Manager Global Product And Marketing

  • Own the lifecycle management of Etisalat’s global managed ICT and Internet services delivered to customers.
  • Lead development of new or enhanced services by:
  • Analyzing/understanding the market.
  • Determining feasibility and prioritization of new services.
  • Writing market and product requirements.
  • Complete product or deal financial models/business cases.
  • Specifically bring new ideas in the areas of managed ICT services (SDWAN, ITFS, Managed WAN, collaboration), end-to-end customer solutions, vertical solutions and customer journeys.
  • Have full understanding of Global Data, Voice and Managed ICT services and offerings in both primary and secondary markets.
  • Responsible for planning, expansion and development of global ICT roadmap in line with market requirements.
  • Liaise with Product development to create product/service solutions that entirely fulfill customer. needs/requirements and manage product life cycle of global ICT services.
  • Oversee Product Launch activities and plans to ensure continuous improvements and success of product launches.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills – ability to present products and services to CxO level executives.
  • Responsible for forecasting demand and revenue for global ICT services and performance reporting.
  • Ability to deep dive into the customer base, define micro segments and create targeted products.
  • Define and review policies, procedures and guidelines for the Product and monitors and supervise their implementation.
  • Monitors, evaluates and highlights the products ongoing performance and quality of its output, services, monitors and reviews key performance indicators.
  • Oversee planning, prioritization, and assignment of objectives, KPIs and tasks to product management individual contributors and cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for managing and ensuring realization of Global marketing initiatives into products to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Lead creation of E2E Global Services ecosystem that includes revamping existing processes, creating new tools, financial and regulatory approvals and onboarding of new MS/ICT vendors.
  • Translate customer requirements into business requirements and define end-to-end techno commercial proposition.

  • Customer obsessed that helps keep customer at the center of all new developments and enhancements.
  • Complex deal and pursuit support – Assist the enterprise sales team closing sales of global managed ICT solutions.
  • This includes identifying solutions, providing presentations, developing / supporting RFP response and proposals for larger and more complex deals.
  • Seek timely feedback from the Customer to enhance product features to ensure portfolio is competitive.

Overall Leadership:

  • Leading team initiatives and mentoring team members within global product marketing, sales, SA, processing, and SD teams.
  • Responsible for product support of the entire suite of global managed ICT services and custom deals (projects).
  • Act as an escalation point for all issues related to product functioning and implementation within the Global Services product section.

Requirements For Senior Manager Global Product And Marketing

The eligibility requirements for the role of Senior Manager Global Product And Marketing are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or Marketing Management.
  • Project Management and service design including SLAs.
  • Understanding of Global Data Services concepts.
  • Product/Service Life Cycle Management.
  • Product Marketing or GTM Management Leadership.
  • Service Delivery and Customer Support experience.
