As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing company’s digital marketing strategies to achieve their business objectives. You will be responsible for leading a team of digital marketing professionals, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through various online channels. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Manager Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and skill development within the team.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
- Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and develop content strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
- Manage and grow company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as Brands, Strategy and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Senior Manager Digital Marketing at Pure Health:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving results. Healthcare experience Preferable.
- Leadership experience, including managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
Job Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
