Responsibilities of Senior Leader

• Collaborate with the Principal and other senior leaders to develop and implement the school’s strategic vision and mission.
• Lead and manage a specific department or area (e.g., academics, pastoral care, operations) within the school.
• Foster a positive and collaborative school culture that promotes staff well being and student success.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor staff within your department, ensuring high quality teaching and support services.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide professional development opportunities for staff.
• Provide pastoral care and guidance to students within your department or year group.
• Oversee student academic progress and intervene when necessary to support individual needs.

Job Requirements

The requirements for the job role of Senior Leader are as under:

• Required Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
