Senior Lead Investment Advisory Emirates Islamic Bank

Emirates Islamic Bank is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Senior Lead Investment Advisory. The job holder will work closely with a group of RMs to Manage and promote investment and Derivatives products (primary function). They will manage alongside the RM, client profiling, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Maintenance.

Responsibilities of Senior Lead Investment Advisory

• Ongoing training of RMs on portfolio management, new products, and market updates.
• Liaise with internal stake holders, product providers and various other parties to ensure smooth processing of trades and prompt reply to client enquiries.
• Provide support during initiatives aimed to cross-sell initiatives to increase investment within Private Banking.
• Drive initiatives to increase investment revenues and penetration in priority banking customers
• Manage and meet customers and develop investment proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios
• Train all the RMs on investment.
• On the job coaching of RMs for investments.
• Ensure compliance to mentioned polices during investment and ensure minimal miss-selling
• Training of RMs on compliance and risks
• Ensure monitoring when required.

Requirements of Senior Lead Investment Advisory 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Essential).
• Masters in Finance / MBA (Desirable).
• CFA certification (Desirable).
• CISI Certification / Other Certifications (Essential).
• 8+ years of similar experience in other banks or wealth management institutions (Essential).
