Responsibilities of Senior Lead Investment Advisory

• Work closely with a group of RMs to Manage and promote investment and Derivatives products (primary function).
• Manage alongside the RM, client profiling, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Maintenance.
• Ongoing training of RMs on portfolio management, new products, and market updates.
• Liaise with internal stake holders, product providers and various other parties to ensure smooth processing of trades and prompt reply to client enquiries.
• Provide support during initiatives aimed to cross-sell initiatives to increase investment within Private Banking.
• Drive initiatives to increase investment revenues and penetration in priority banking customers.
• Manage and meet customers and develop investment proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios.
• Train all the RMs on investment.
• On the job coaching of RMs for investments.
• Ensure compliance to mentioned polices during investment and ensure minimal miss selling.
• Training of RMs on compliance and risks.
• Ensure monitoring when required.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements of Senior Lead Investment Advisory are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Essential).
• Masters in Finance / MBA (Desirable).
• CFA certification (Desirable).
• CISI Certification / Other Certifications (Essential).
• 8+ years of similar experience in other banks or wealth management institutions (Essential).
