Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator at DMCC in Uptown Tower Uptown Dubai PO Box 48800. Dubai, UAE will responsibility to provide comprehensive support for DMCC’s IT Infrastructure, IT Security and Network. This entails the secure management of hardware infrastructure, network infrastructure, AV infrastructure, cloud-hosted environments, and databases. Additionally, candidate will actively contribute to the implementation of new innovative solutions and technologies. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator
- Ensure the high availability of infrastructure servers and services, encompassing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Internal Certificate Authority, File Server, Print Server, SQL server, SAN storage & Virtualization platforms like Hyper-V, VMware & VxRail, both on-premises and in Private Cloud environments.
- Oversee SaaS cloud infrastructure on Azure and Office 365 service stacks, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business & Microsoft Teams.
- Manage collaboration solutions such as Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams & PSTN direct routing.
- Plan and execute all ongoing network, security & infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and manage security solutions like endpoint security, patch management, identity protection, encryption, secure internet proxy, SIEM & Threat Intelligence.
- Collaborate with the central SOC team to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Maintain data resilience, including disaster recovery and data backups of locally hosted files, applications & databases.
- Oversee and monitor public domain registration, public DNS & SSL certificates.
- Manage the lifecycle of Windows endpoints and servers, including operating system and 3rd party application patch management.
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessments for Endpoints, DMCC Servers & Web applications.
- Utilize ITSM solution for Incident management and ensure timely closure of all calls.
- Support the implementation of security policies and procedures, including investigation and resolution of security incidents.
- Manage Audio-Video equipment.
- This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the stability, security & efficiency of DMCC’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Requirements for Role of Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Engineering.
- Professional Certifications in Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, CCNP/ CCNA, ITIL
- 7-10 years experience as IT Operations and Security Administrator.
