Responsibilities of Senior Internal Auditor

• Preparing working papers for the assigned audit work. Ensuring their accuracy and comprehensiveness, and verifying the correctness of their archiving to ensure documentation.
• Preparing the necessary documents to respond to consultations received from organizational units. This must be in accordance with the procedures approved by the administration.
• Participate in developing the annual operational audit plan in accordance with the strategic objectives of the department.
• Participate in updating the operations management framework for the Internal Audit Department.
• Evaluating the efficiency of internal control systems in organizational units in light of the risks that hinder achieving the Authority’s objectives.
• Assist in defining employee goals and linking them to the department’s strategic goals.
• Preparing draft reports on the audit work carried out and submitting them to the head of the division for discussion and review.
• Implementing audit programs according to the annual operational plan and in accordance with the operations management framework approved by the department.
• Adhere to the rules of professional conduct and general conduct and pledge to maintain the confidentiality of information.
• Implementing any other activities assigned to and carried out within the jurisdiction of the job.

Qualifications and skills
