Adecco Middle East is hiring Senior Information Specialist Service Delivery (6 months extended contract) for a leading client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The client is world’s leading workforce solutions company, offering flexible placement, permanent placement, executive search, emiratization, outsourcing and volume hiring services across all sectors.

Responsibilities Of Senior Information Specialist Service Delivery 

  • Oversee the entire service delivery process, including incident management, service request fulfillment, problem resolution, and escalation management, ensuring that all client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the value they receive from our solutions.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients, resolving complex issues related to digital transformation solutions, cloud services, and cyber security offerings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical problems.
  • Identify opportunities for service process improvements and operational efficiencies, working with clients and internal teams to implement changes that enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of service delivery processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides for reference and training purposes.
  • Establish and monitor service performance metrics, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and taking proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the benefits of solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the internal knowledge management team, sharing insights and best practices within the organization.
  • Prepare regular service performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), customer feedback, and actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements Of Senior Information Specialist Service Delivery

  • Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience:5 years of experience in service delivery management or technical support roles within the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preffered:prefer applications from UAE as the mode of interview is both virtual & F2F**.

Skills And Abilities Desired

  • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in IT services.
  • Ability to meet and exceed SLAs with a customer-centric outlook.
  • Ability to understand and address clients’ unique requirements and concerns.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
