Senior Guest Services Officer Royaljet Abu Dhabi

Senior Guest Services Officer at Royaljet in Next to Presidential Flight, Al Diyafah St, Al Matar, Abu Dhabi, UAE is responsible for handling all VIP customer inquiries into the call center (via telephone and email) with regards to price and aircraft availability, and any other inquiries on Royal Jet products and services. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.

 About the Role

• The candidate must provide excellent customer service and respond all the queries in a professional manner.
• Required to work in shifts in the Call Center, which is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
• Perform any other guest support related duty as assigned by the higher authorities.

Requirements for Role of Senior Guest Services Officer

• Minimum Diploma Holder, Preferably University Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years prior sales and/or brokerage experience or demonstrated ability to perform the required duties and responsibilities .
• Training in Customer Service and Sales techniques.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Professional training computer skills.
• Strong network of industry peers.
• Must be able to travel when required.
• Professional training in Negotiation Skills.
