Al Qasimia University is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Senior Graphic Designer. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out all creative work to design various works and provide high quality and innovative graphic content that integrates seamlessly with the visual identity of Al Qasimia University and its mission.

Responsibilities of Senior Graphic Designer

• Designing graphics, logos, brochures, magazines, banners, website designs, etc.
• Creating creative identities and social media designs.
• Implementing graphic design work and printing materials such as flyers, brochures, and rolls for university publications.
• Ensuring adherence to the university’s institutional identity and approved standards in the design processes and within the required time frames.
• Reviewing institutional designs, verifying their quality, ensuring their completion according to the university’s approved standards, and submitting improvement proposals regarding them.
• Providing the necessary support to trainee students and transferring expertise in graphic design.

Job Requirements

The requirements for the job role of Senior Graphic Designer are as under:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in graphic or multimedia design or an appropriate higher qualification related to the same field from an accredited and recognized university.
• At least five years in institutions recognized for their competence, whether in a prestigious media or academic environment, supported by a professional and documented work history.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Extensive experience and knowledge of design programs and techniques (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects)…etc.
  He has a creative vision and distinguished previous work in graphic design.
• The ability to professionally convert written texts into graphic presentations and infographics.
• He has extensive experience and knowledge in designs for social media platforms.
• He has good skills in motion graphics, animation, and 3D designs of various kinds (an additional advantage).
• The ability to innovate and keep pace with development and creativity.
• Ability to perform under pressure and work on multiple tasks.
• Attention to fine details (for every design produced).
• The power of artistic sense and the power of observation.
