Senior Financial Analyst GMG Dubai

GMG is seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented individual for their new position of Senior Financial Analyst Loyalty Program in GMG Building ,Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. Candidate will be an integral part of the finance team responsible for managing and optimizing the financial performance of our loyalty programs. Job holder will work closely with cross functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance customer loyalty. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Financial Analyst

• Analyze financial data related to loyalty program initiatives to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer loyalty metrics, providing actionable insights to improve program performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and models to support strategic business decisions.
• Perform variance analysis to identify program strengths and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements related to loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements for Role of Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a loyalty program or related field.
• Experience working with financial software and ERP systems.
