Job Description
Al Tayer Group is currently looking for a Senior Finance Ops Executive who will supervise the financial activities in the supply chain process to facilitate optimum stock levels of products in all relevant stores and to resolve discrepancies through effective coordination with supplier and other internal departments. This is a senior level full time role. The salary of this role ranges from 17000 AED to 35000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Reesponsibilities of Senior Finance Ops Executive
- Supervise the financial activities in the supply chain process to facilitate optimum stock levels of products in all relevant stores and to resolve discrepancies through effective coordination with supplier and other internal departments.
- Oversee entire payment process and make sure all payments go on time with a view to reduce costs on LC and payment process.
- Oversee the process for identifying shortages/damages, logging claims with supplier and coordination with Planning and Finance to process payments.Coordinate with Warehouse and Finance for shipment processing, so the payment can be process with timely manner to all suppliers.
- Provide feedback to Buying team about the brands/suppliers who are not following the company policy for documentation/payment purpose.
- Regularly monitor all payment history for suppliers and shipment deliveries to ensure not to have any bad debts supplier.
- Coordination with suppliers and other ATG Business Unit for EDI implementation process.
- Review the vendor details set up in the system in accordance with ATI policies.
- Analyse the supplier payment terms, identify the opportunities and work with Buyers/ Fin Ops Manager to secure improved terms.
- Support projects- process improvement, automation.
- Prepare and circulate KPI reports- damages/ RTV/Advances/ Payment status etc.
- Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Senior Finance Ops Executive are as under:
- Successful candidate should be a Graduate in Finance/ Commerce/ Economics, specialization in Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience.
