Duties of Senior Executive Paid Social

• Performance Marketing Operations: Coordinate paid acquisition channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X Ads for the social media performance marketing campaigns of DAMAC.
• Prepare reports on crucial marketing efficiency metrics measuring actual performance against the targeted performance metrics set by the leadership.
• Understand target audience and observe customer behaviour and preferences to create campaigns.
• Create relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
• Promote the company’s products and services in the digital space to achieve increased customer reach.
• Execute end-to-end paid media campaigns.
• Work with other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors for the generation of the required ad campaigns in alignment with DAMAC’s overall performance marketing strategies.
• Provide creative ideas for the repurposing of existing content and maximising content reach and engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Track performance and post-campaign analysis reporting of all the digital media performance marketing campaigns undertaken from DAMAC’s end to support the leadership in the development of corrective future action plans.
• Track user conversion and retention rates and make improvements to the performance marketing campaigns’ content.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points using attribution modelling.
• Research the target demographic to understand their needs and the type of content that appeals most to them and accordingly execute the digital marketing strategies for DAMAC.

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements for role of Senior Executive Paid Social are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience preferably in the real estate and hospitality industry.
