Duties of Senior Executive Display and Programmatic

Performance Marketing Operations

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define advertising objectives and target audience. Develop and execute advertising strategies for display and video channels.
  • Ad Creative: Coordinate with graphic designers and video producers to ensure high-quality content.
  • A/B test ad creatives to optimize performance.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Set up and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (Mostly Google Ads.).
  • Monitor daily budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
  • Analyse data to make data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments.

Audience Targeting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to identify the most relevant target audience segments.
  • Implement advanced targeting techniques to reach potential real estate buyers and investors.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points using attribution modelling.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve desired results.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

  • Follow all relevant Digital departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Always demonstrate compliance to the organization’s values and ethics to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Senior Executive Display and Programmatic
