Responsibilities of Senior Executive Business Excellence

  • Develop and execute business excellence strategies in alignment with the hotel’s overall objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of business excellence programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality and guest satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of business excellence principles in all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Engage with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess performance against key business metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress of business excellence initiatives.

Requirements of Senior Executive Business Excellence

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
