Responsibilities of Senior Engineer

• Identify causes of failure and implement corrective measures.
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods, aligning with maintenance budget.
• Ensure that all developed maintenance plans done by contractors are compliant in terms of safety, regulatory and operational compliant with DA requirements.
• Carry out quality inspections on jobs.
• Initiate action to eliminate failures and recommend changes in procedures which impact on equipment performance and safety.

Requirements for Role of Senior Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the related applicable engineering disciplines.
• 5 years of experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Have knowledge in one of the related applicable skill systems.
• Have clear understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view.
• Have good knowledge of equipment criticality and risk-based maintenance approaches.
