Senior Emiratization Officer Alfahim Abu Dhabi

The Senior Emiratization Officer at Alfahim in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, UAE will report to the Head of Human Resources and work closely with various departments, stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of Emiratization policies, aligning with the company’s vision and government regulations. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Emiratization Officer

• Leading the recruitment of UAE national talent for the group.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Emirati educational institutions and government entities.
• Utilizing a strong network within the UAE talent ecosystem.
• Understanding HR principles and practices, particularly in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Liaising internally with the Human Resources department, General Manager, Directors, and Line Managers on all recruitment needs and processes.
• Serving as the point of contact for immediate grievances by UAE nationals, liaising with the talent team and investigations team to document, investigate, and resolve issues.
• Managing all Emiratization initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment days, and government schemes.

Requirements for Role of Senior Emiratization Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of minimum experience in HR Department within a large diversified group.
