Senior Data Management Analyst Honeywell Dubai

In this role Senior Data Management you will collect, process, and interpret data to derive and communicate meaningful insights that support decision-making processes, improve efficiency, and guide strategic planning. Accomplishing this will require close collaboration with stakeholders to develop visualization tools that leverage analytics to transform data into compelling guidance on key trends and issues.

Responsibilities of Senior Data Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively assess current capabilities and needs to identify areas of opportunity, proposing analytics solutions that align with core strategy and operation.
• Design, develop, and deploy information products, supporting visualization and data accessibility in a user-friendly, customer centric manner.
• Perform complex data analysis and generate insights from various data sources to support decision-making.
• Train users in extracting, interpreting, and applying insights from information products.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s data strategy and roadmap.

Requirements of Senior Data Management

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI), Statistical Data analysis or related technical activities.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• User experience mindset, including the generation of insights to ‘drive’/ ‘design’ visualizations and infographics to distill complex information.
• Expert in scripting and querying languages such as Python, SQL, and others
• Skills in using libraries for creating visualizations using Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
• Understanding of Descriptive Statistics and proficiency in hypothesis testing and interpreting results.
• SFDC business/ technical knowledge
• Experience in Snowflake
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to interact with customers and peers.
• Passion for data and its potential to drive business impact.
• Experience working as part of cross-functional teams with data engineers and data scientists.
• Ability to understand and analyze a broad array of technical and business issues to develop innovative and effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of data analytics capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies in datasets.
• History of productive engagements with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Proven mentoring ability to drive results and technical growth in peers.
