Job Description
A Senior CX Training Professional at Honeywell is responsible to deliver technical trainings on certain Honeywell Process Solutions product lines (TPS, Experion PKS, PMD, QCS, FSC, SM, SM-SC, PHD etc) both for customers and internal Honeywell employees. To provide quality technical training either in a Honeywell Academy location, on a customer-site or virtual, compliant with HPS quality standards and procedures.Â
Duties of Senior CX Training Professional
- Prepare for standard trainings, set-up and configure required training hardware and software, and deliver training courses compliant with Honeywell Academy Quality procedures.
- Continuously update training equipment hardware and software in accordance with the latest releases of training courses
- Maintain technical knowledge as Subject Matter Expert on 3 or more areas of expertise and be able to deliver trainings on these subjects as a certified instructor.
- Design and deliver tailored courses in line with specific customer requirements, this by collecting and selection of standard training materials from standard courses into a customer specific tailored course.
- Collect student feedback after training delivery.
- Liaise with HA DE Organization to create courses as per technology changes, HPS product roadmaps.
- Take ownership to create new programs such as competency, internship, technical development, TNA etc.
- Be a Training and Competency brand ambassador within HPS organization.
- Be familiar with virtual and remote training delivery technologies to provide trainings for both classrooms based and remote trainings.
- Support in training logistics & operations.
- Seek new business growth by talking to customers, understanding their training needs and entering Sales Leads.
- Provide solutions to training requests and assist in the production of proposals.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with presentations and support to customers.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Senior CX Training Professional are as under:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering (on process automation).
- Certified in presentation and facilitation skills.
- Further qualification in training or education is an asset.
- 7+ year of Field Service Specialist experience (CEAT L4) or equivalent.
- Highly desirable to have automation control systems experience.
Skills Desired
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT & related network technology.
- High level of PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, and VMWare.
- Possession of analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of both written and verbal Communication Skills, capable of adapting style and tone according to the situation and audience
- Highly Customer Focused approach, demonstrating success through a ‘Voice of the Customer’ approach on a daily basis.
- Demonstration on a daily basis of a high level of personal integrity.
- Highly motivated self-learning result-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Must be a team player and be able to lead a small team of lecturers.
- Consultative, adaptable, and flexible to change with a strong growth and customer focus.
