Responsibilities of Senior Customer Relationship Officer

  • Monitor credit quality of portfolio for risk recognition & assigning proper risk rating for each relationship.
  •  Predict early warning signals to avoid asset deterioration.
  • Develop action plans for recovery / eliminating irregularities.
  • Maintain constant contact with customer for business development & responding to day-to-day credit related issues/requests.
  • Conduct spreading of company’s financial statements and industry analysis of corporate/ commercial customers and analyze in a comprehensive write-up to assess the financial risks. Prepare credit proposals and short-term proposals.
  • Provide marketing information related to existing customers.
  • Follow-up with customers for settlement of obligations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accuracy in spreading & quality analysis.
  • Turn around credit proposals and short-term credit proposals within benchmarked time frames.
  • Follow up on documentation, submit the required documentation for approved clients to Credit Risk
  • Follow up on sanctioned limit.
  • Follow up on client’s day to day transaction requests.
  • Follow up on timely submission of reviews for renewal of facilities.
  • Raise questions for in-depth analysis of customer’s requirements.
  • Implement marketing plan as per agreed objectives in order to maximize profitability & achieve business growth.
  • Refer / obtain new business in form of deposit, new borrowing relationship, etc, in order to show growth potential.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.

Requirements of Senior Customer Relationship Officer

The requirements of Senior Customer Relationship Officer, Corporate Banking are as under:

  •  Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma for UAE Nationals.
  •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate banking, specifically preparing proposals and performing customer analysis.
