Senior CRM Executive BFL Group Dubai

BFL Group is looking for a Senior CMR (Customer Retention Executive) (Arabic Speaking) to join their team in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE at Brands for Less. The candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and customer retention strategies, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Candidate will be responsible for implementing retention marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty, repeat purchases, improve customer experiences and revenue. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior CRM Executive

  • Develop and execute customer retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS & push notifications.
  • Analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase retention rates, repeat purchases & customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets and messaging for retention campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize retention campaigns to ensure they are achieving their goals.
  • Create customer segmentation strategies and targeted campaigns to increase engagement and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Developing Omni channel customer life cycle experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention marketing.

Requirements for Role of Senior CRM Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer retention marketing, preferably in retail & e-commerce environments.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CDPs & email marketing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
