Senior Coordinator in Aircraft Appearance at Flydubai in 4FWC+7RX, Dubai, United Arab Emirates will conduct audits of cleaning standards of all aircraft to ensure a clean, aesthetically pleasing and functional aircraft interior, fostering a positive passenger experience and upholding safety standards. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Coordinator Aircraft Appearance

• Conducts audits and monitors activities related to cabin appearance & fumigation tasks.
• Provides guidance, training & support to the third-party teams, such as cleaning or fumigation teams, to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Engages in regular quality control assessments to ensure consistent adherence to high-quality cabin appearance standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary solutions.
• Liaises closely with all relevant departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of cabin maintenance & ground support activities.
• Ensures the cabin’s appearance is appealing and welcoming for passengers by addressing stains, marks, or signs of wear and tear on surfaces, fabrics & materials; and by replacing or repairing items as needed to maintain a visually pleasing environment.
• Keeps abreast of new cleaning techniques, maintenance procedures & safety regulations pertinent to aircraft cabin appearance, attending required training sessions and workshops as mandated by the airline.
• Coordinates with on-board cabin crew members and ground staff to ensure a seamless transition between flights. Communicating any maintenance or cleaning issues that require immediate attention before the aircraft departs.
• Maintains accurate records of cabin appearance activities, including cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks & inventory levels, while providing reports as necessary to supervisors or management.

Requirements for Role of Senior Coordinator Aircraft Appearance

• High School Diploma.
• 3 years experience in aircraft appearance, maintenance, or operations.
