Honeywell presently has an opportunity of a Senior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing the business development activities for BA Mid-Mass-Market products with key end-users, consultants, designers, and partners’ level. Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans to support sales in designated market segments; identifies volume and strategic customers; and develops partnerships, identifies and implements business development projects related to new and/or existing industries, technologies, or services. He / She will also work closely with Business Leader to achieve sales targets commitments in line with strategic plan. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 20000 AED to 40000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Senior Business Development Manager

  • Oversees the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments.
  • Identifies volume and strategic customers and develops partnerships.
  • Identifies and implements business development projects related to new and/or existing industries, technologies, or services.
  • Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations.
  • May work with Sales, Marketing, and potential customers to determine their needs.
  • Will manage NAFFCO Key Account programs – Emergency Lighting, Suppression BTS, Inspire Product Switct.
  • Identify new Consultants\Designers, present Honeywell offering, help to understand technical advantages against competition and ensures Honeywell offering is specified or helps to specify the projects together with SBU’s teams.
  • Develop Dedicated Programs for Consultants/Designers to grow loyalty to brand-name and businesses.
  • Identify big end-users within the key verticals, build positive relationships and acts as ambassador of Honeywell, promoting businesses offering.
  • Identify key general contractors and developers on the market and develop business relations at all levels.
  • Liaise with existing key customers in the region and ensure proper support in fast and professional manner if needed acting as a bridge between the customer and SBU.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities.
  • Develop strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations.
  • Act as cross-sales manager between businesses in the region.
  • Assist offering teams to evaluate product portfolio, roadmaps, identification of new markets and technologies \ products required by customers\market, supports observational voice of the customer (OVOC).

Requirements of Senior Business Development Manager

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 15 years minimum Industry knowledge
  • 10 Years Sales Experience.
  • Short and Midterm focus projects with minimum span of 2 years.

Skills Desired

  • Preferred from Fire Industry
  • Driving Mass Mid Segments Initiatives / Adjacencies
  • Reporting into GM
  • Able to work with Functions, able to work with commercial sellers and Regional Sales leaders
