Business Continuity Analyst at ADNOC provides Business Continuity Management (BCM) support and guidance to operational and business support levels of management and staff in accordance with the requirements of the ADNOC Onshore BCM Program Manual. Job ID for this vacancy is 22069.

Duties Of Senior Business Continuity Analyst

• Provides support to BCM activities at assigned Assets and Functions.
• Liaising with stakeholders in the organization to establish relevant Business Continuity Plans.
• Demonstrates understanding of related company policies on BCM and its relations with the appropriate UAE and international standards.
• Spreads awareness across assigned Assets and Functions on the importance and requirement of the three levels of BCM, Strategic, Support and Operational and how they inter-relate to one another.
• Supports in facilitating Operational and lead Support level of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops.
• Assist Business Continuity Focal Points (BCFP) and Working Groups (BCWG) in identifying the critical activities and completing the development of related BCM documents.
• Reviews and monitors of assigned Assets and Functions Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) (including all associated appendices).
• Assure effectiveness and compliance with the required standards.
• Supports the development of the annual BCM test and exercise program in line with the ADNOC Onshore Emergency Response / Business Continuity Exercise Plan.
• Observes Major and Large-Scale Exercises of assigned Assets and Functions in coordination with Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management team.
• Review the post exercise report on the identified weaknesses and gaps observed to Business Continuity Plan.
• Reviews the exercise scenarios to test ADNOC Onshore BCPs as per the annual Enterprises Risk Management and Business Continuity plan.

Requirements For Senior Business Continuity Analyst

The eligibility requirements for the role of Senior Business Continuity Analyst are as under.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant.
• 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry related to business continuity, crisis management and Business Resilience.
