Pure Health is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Business Analyst in Dubai. The company announced this opportunity on December 25, 2023 and is now open for applications. The Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the group by leveraging data, advanced analytics, and Al to find opportunities for business improvement.

Responsibilities of Senior Business Analyst

• Work closely with various stakeholders, including management, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
• Bring expertise in gathering, interpreting, and presenting data-driven insights; note this is integral to the role.
• Bring the ability to clearly understand, document and align with key stakeholders on various initiatives.
• Bring the ability to continuously work with internal clients to identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive various positive outcomes for the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Gather and analyze relevant data from various sources, employing statistical methods and data modelling techniques to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement to streamline operations.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis results and recommendations to key stakeholders and management.
• Provide support in project planning, tracking, and coordination, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate data analytics tools, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient data management.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to business operations and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across PHG and its entities.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives against agreed outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Following are the requirements for the role of Senior Business Analyst at Pure Health:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or relevant certifications will be advantageous.
• 8-10 years of experience in a business and/or data analyst role.
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data manipulation, modelling, and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to ensure effective project planning and execution.
• Ability to problem solve complex scenarios, break them down into constituent parts and tackle each one accordingly.
• In-depth understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and market trends, enabling the ability to translate data insights into actionable business initiatives.
• Demonstrable success in identifying market trends and business opportunities, plus developing, planning and delivering new interventions and innovations within a customer focused market.
