Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is presently accepting applications for suitable candidates for the job role of Senior Branch Manager. The job holder is responsible to run the day to day operations of the branch through the development of  a highly developed and motivated sales and service culture ensuring the achievement of all financial and non financial targets in line with the bank’s objectives and required standards.

Responsibilities of Senior Branch Manager

  • To position the branch as an effective sales and service outlet by providing superior customer focused services, increase the customer base & meet the branch targets.
  • Ensure that local regulatory compliance functions are in place & monitored properly.
  • Manage the business risks and controls from overall governance perspective.
  • Achieve high level of customer satisfaction by defining roles and responsibilities and monitor branch resources in order to consistently meet the set service delivery standards.
  • Set job objectives & perform timely review to measure performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities within local trade boundaries through broader market knowledge.
  • Maintain & develop the Emiratization percentage in the branch.
  • Provide high quality service to customers.
  • Achieve set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions.
  • Provide prompt services to the customers & deal with all complaints with utmost importance.
  • Manage the business risks and controls.
  • Comply with the policies of the bank while performing duties.
  • Capitalize on cross sell opportunities.
  • Help and organise sales promotions in coordination with HOCB, SME, HO Corporate.
  • Organize training for staff based on training gaps identified.
  • Handle career planning and professional performance management.
  • Ensure job rotation within the branch.

Requirements of Senior Branch Manager

The requirements of Senior Branch Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably related in Banking or Commerce.
  • At least 5 – 7 years of experience within the banking/financial industry with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
