Senior Bartender Bahri Bar Jumeirah Mina A Salam Dubai

As Senior Bartender Bahri Bar the candidate will be responsible to provide friendly, professional, and efficient bar service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with F&B standards. Responsible for verifying age requirements, expertise in alcohol pairing and tastes, excellent recipe knowledge of classic drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and bar supplies.

Responsibilities of Senior Bartender

• Identify and meet guests’ needs, provide appropriate bar services, and assist guests in recommendations, upselling where appropriate to provide knowledgeable and bespoke service.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes. Curate recipes specializing in fine beverages and unique cocktails in accordance with theme of the outlet/function or as required by guests.
• Must be able to assess and manage guests needs and recommend excellent wine and food pairing as per theme of the outlet or as required by guests. Where possible, upsell Beverages to guests based on their need, choice, and selection.
• Work closely with Bartenders serving all guests and support them as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure all drinks transactions are processed, registered, and settled.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Undertake opening, closing & cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.

Requirements of Senior Bartender

• Certification/Diploma in bartending.
• Experience of working in an international capacity.
• 2+ years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros.
• A clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of additional language.
