The Senior Automation Developer at BFL Group will be responsible for the automation development & solutions across all departments in BFL. Should be able to think automation first for the business problems & develop robust solutions. Training the developers on best practices & solutions.
Responsibilities of Senior Automation Developer
- Design, develop and implement automated workflows using UiPath.
- Complete documentation of AS-IS & TO-BE Processes
- Supporting the developed & handed over processes, Managing CR’s.
- Collaborating with project managers, business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Writing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for the developed solutions.
- Continuously enhancing skills and knowledge in RPA technologies and related tools.
- Debugging and troubleshooting any issues with the automation processes.
- Build Smart Forms using Low code technologies.
- Staying up to date with the latest RPA advancements and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
- Ensuring the developed automation solutions are scalable, secure and meet the necessary performance and reliability standards.
Requirements for Role of Senior Automation Developer
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related experience is required.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience any development or process improvement role.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Previous experience in automating with Oracle applications (Must)
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath not limited to development, solutions & infrastructure.
- Experience with creating solution document.
- Retail experience is must.
- Experience in project management is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Must).
- Interest in making an impact & driving change (Must).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (Must).
- VB.net/C# & Python is must, JS is a plus.
