Responsibilities of Senior Associate CRM

• Planning and delivering CRM campaigns across the 2 markets and multiple channels with a view to retaining existing customers. Increasing brand loyalty and acquiring new customers.
• Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
• Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
• Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for CRM and their customers.
• Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution.
• Nurturing brand relationships and leasing on collaborations.
• Contributing to projects such as automations, personalization strategies and more.
• Weekly and adhoc reporting on campaigns to measure success and opportunity.
• Think strategically and question strategies to fully optimize.

Requirements for Role of Senior Associate CRM

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in CRM.
