Nars and Pat McGrath (flagship brand of Chalhoub Group) presently has a job opening for experienced, creative and qualified candidate for the job role of Senior Associate Brand Marketing in Dubai. The candidate will work as a Senior Associate in Brand Marketing, responsible for providing professional support in a wide range of marketing activities, working closely with brands, commercial and local market teams. Also will be responsible for interpreting, adapting, and planning brand marketing plans, keeping in mind the brand standards, market & consumer needs, as well as yearly marketing budget. Role is within the strategic team, for regional brands in the GCC, and within the Prestige division, which handles brands such as Fragrances, Lifestyle and Makeup. This role will be focused on Make up, handling Nars and Pat McGrath brands.

Responsibilities of Senior Associate Brand Marketing

Marketing

• Building marketing plans/calendar for the brand in the different markets, retail stores and retail chains.
• Building launch plans for any new launches provided by the brand.
• Build, maintain and update a good CRM database with the help of the local markets, and work on dedicated and targeted marketing communication for this database.
• Demonstrate creativity in coming up with marketing activities that are new and targeted to market.
• Coordinate with advertising and PR agencies on the media and marketing plans.
• Follow up closely and on a day to day basis with local teams in order to ensure that the marketing and trade activities are being done as per brand standards and agreed strategy.
• Build a marketing plan per market and per retail store in accordance with the budget given.
• Work closely with the VM team to ensure that the campaigns are out on time in the retail stores, and as per brand standards.

Retail

• Focus on retail stores in the region in order to ensure growth and positive store profit.
• Work closely with the brand trainer & local teams to ensure that frontlines are up to brand standards & knowledgeable about all launches and activities.
• Work on tailor made & targeted retail marketing activities to: raise awareness, drive traffic, convert & acquire data.
• Collaborate with the local teams to drive a KOPIS based plan to support / boost performance of stores.

Commercial

• Channel all brand information, strategy and goals to the different stakeholders.
• Maintain the marketing budget and monitor the sellout in order to determine under or over spends.
• Maintain an open line of communication as well as a good partnership with our stakeholders: Brands, local markets, retail teams and frontlines.
• Assist the brand manager with presentations & discussions with key regional retailers, in regards to brand launches, locations & activations.
• Work on monthly activity reports and results to present to the brands.
• Prepare monthly expense reports to share with the brand management team.

Requirements for Role Senior Associate Brand Marketing

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, product marketing, or a related field.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• 360 marketing knowledge in the GCC region.
