Senior Analyst Flight Operations at Flydubai in ENI Sapphire Tower Office number 6, Al Ittihad Road. Port Saeed, Deira Dubai, UAE will develop and continue production of Business Intelligence (BI) data to support optimization and rectification activities, by formulating and applying methods to develop and interpret information. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Senior Analyst Flight Operations

• Manages departmental analysis tools and techniques to maximize data value.
• Manages the implementation, planning and acceptance testing of data driven system adjustments, to ensure business continuity during any operational changes.
• Develops business methods and procedures using data based, model validated optimization methods, communicating and managing the potential project role out, ensuring stakeholder engagement and where necessary sign off.
• Leads interaction with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Network Planning and Finance for continued data flows and project success.
• Verifies annual budget figures compared to operational results, assisting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in conducting and completing root cause analysis and business impact assessments.
• Ensures that business intelligence supports core operational tasks and projects.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive data dictionary, ensuring data streams, data validated differences and optimal use strategies are known per data tag.
• Seeks optimization of operational costs in all aspects of the role, and related activities.
• Acts as SME for BI software and operational efficiency software/projects.
• Supervises Flight Operations Technical data analysis, report generation, system data integration and reporting projects.
• Maintains awareness of industry activities and represents the department and Company as required at conferences/events.

Requirements for Role of Senior Analyst Flight Operations

• Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years) in Business/Mathematics/Operational Research or Transport Management is a plus.
• 5 years experience as a business analyst or operational researcher responsible for data analysis, interpretation, modelling, and project proposals is required.
• Practical experience of joining multiple large database sources and data transformation required. Operational aviation/transport or logistics understanding is essential.
