Responsibilities of A Security Project Consultant

• Ensuring the scopes and schedules of command controls projects are achievable within the given time and budget.
• Updating project documentation on a consistent basis and conveying it to the management.
• Constantly running risk assessment tests to determine and eliminate vulnerabilities in the system.
• Responsible for assessing and analyzing risks.
• Developing security strategies and implementing security measures.
• Conduct security audits and provide security recommendations to improve security posture.
• Overseeing the implementation of security systems.
• Training staffs on security protocols and to recognize possible security breaches and risks.
• Write reports consulting about information concerning the department to the Line Manager.
• Conducting information security procedures & security systems assessment.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Security Project Consultant are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• The candidate should be certified with a license from SIRA.
• Have knowledge handling BCM (Business Continuity Management).
