Responsibilities of a Secretary
The following are the duties for the job holder:
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Requirements of a Secretary
- A high school diploma.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years as a Secretary or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
