Job Description

Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed Secondary Maths Teacher for Aug 2024. This vacancy was announced by the academy on January 23, 2024. Candidate desirous for this role should submit their resume to begin with the application process.

Job Requirements of Secondary Maths Teacher

The requirements for the job role of Secondary Maths Teacher are as under:

  • Applicants must be fluent English speakers, hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of teaching in schools that follow the National Curriculum of England.
  • Experience of current UK initiatives and developments in Maths.
  • Experience of teaching ‘A’ levels.
  • Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend student’s learning experiences.
  • Experience of using data from internal assessments and standardized tests and external assessments to track student progress
  • Experience of teaching EAL students is essential

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent subject knowledge of the NC.
  • Subject knowledge with an ability and willingness to teach across KS3 and KS4.
  • The capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st Century learning environments and innovation skills.
