Al Rabeeh Academy Abu Dhabi is hiring a Secondary Business Studies Teacher Al Rabeeh Academy Abu Dhabi in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position.
An experienced and passionate Business Studies Teacher is needed for a progressive, outstanding British curriculum school in Abu Dhabi. This full time position is available at Al Rabeeh Academy starting August 2026. High quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 will be delivered by you. GCSE and A Level Business Studies are taught to inspire students through engaging, real world, and concept driven lessons. Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and critical thinking skills are developed in every learner. A supportive, inclusive classroom environment is created where all students can reach their full potential. Business Studies teaching jobs in Abu Dhabi require deep subject knowledge and the ability to connect theory to real business contexts. The following tasks will be performed by the Business Studies Teacher
Deliver engaging, well structured Business Studies lessons that meet British curriculum standards up to GCSE and A Level
Model strong analytical, commercial, and entrepreneurial thinking through creative, real world teaching approaches
Use a range of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor, track, and support student progress
Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and the creation of high quality teaching resources
Support the academic and pastoral well being of students while promoting school values and high expectations
Build strong, positive relationships with parents through clear communication about student progress and attainment
Participate actively in school events, enrichment opportunities, professional development, and whole school initiatives
Maintain excellent classroom management and follow all safeguarding and health and safety procedures
A bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject is required. A PGCE or QTS must also be held. Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting, is essential. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student wellbeing are expected. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills must be demonstrated. A clean criminal background check covering the previous ten years of employment history will be required. An online due diligence search will also be completed.
