As a Scrum Master at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE, candidate will be the heartbeat of an Agile team. Candidate will coach them on best practices, navigate challenges and bridge the gap between development and the wider business. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Scrum Master Digital & Tech

• Agile Expertise: Deeply understand and effectively apply Agile methodologies and values.
• Training & Coaching: Guide stakeholders and development teams on Agile/SAFe best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Leadership: Take ownership of day-to-day delivery challenges, leveraging expertise to drive timely resolutions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Impediment Removal: Shield the team from disruptions, ensuring focus and efficiency.

Requirements for Role of Scrum Master Digital & Tech

• A Scrum Master certification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master or Delivery leadership roles.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies is a significant advantage for this role.
