Responsibilities of Science Teachers

Deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to students, following the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for science and foster critical thinking skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Participate in parent teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.

Job Requirements of Science Teachers

Hold a Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
Minimum 2 year experience in similar role.
Have proven experience of teaching Science up to KS5.
Experience teaching IB at some stage for post 16 is highly desirable.
