About the Role

As a Registrar at Al Qurm Charter School, you will have overall responsibility for enrolments and registration, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and HQ Enrolments. Furthermore, you will manage accurate data on applications, enrolments, and registrations to ensure figures are available daily. Moreover, you will develop strong relationships with ADEK’s student affairs department and ensure compliance with all regulations during the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall enrolments and registration for the academy in coordination with SLT and HQ
• Meet with enrolled parents, explain registration procedures, curriculum, and fee structure
• Respond to registration enquiries, telephone calls, and emails in a timely manner
• Oversee the assessments process with the academic team to ensure efficient enrolment
• Manage eSIS student information system including registrations, withdrawals, and transfers
• Maintain compliance with ADEK rules and regulations throughout the enrolment process
• Provide weekly and monthly reports and projections on enrolments to Head of Enrolments
• Organise and attend enrolment events and develop partnerships with feeder nurseries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience as Admissions or Registrar in the education field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role in the region
• Strong eSIS and student affairs experience
• Previous experience in data management
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
• Arabic speaker is preferable
• UAE National candidates only
