SAP Project Manager Jumbo Group Dubai

Jumbo Group is looking for a SAP Project Manager in Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road Near Maktoum Bridge, Karama, Dubai, UAE, ideally with a robust retail and distribution background, to spearhead SAP implementation endeavors within their company. Candidate will oversee the planning, execution and completion of SAP projects aimed at optimizing their retail and distribution functions. Working closely with diverse teams, they’ll ensure project success in line with their business goals and industry standards. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-40000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of SAP Project Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects focused on retail and distribution, including but not limited to FI-CO, MM, EWM, TMS, SD, IS Retail, CRM Sales and Service, Success Factors, as well as integration with third-party POS and e-commerce systems, and customer and bank systems integration.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions into existing business processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule and cost constraints.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners/vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions across the organization.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators.

Requirements for Role of SAP Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years experience as a Project Manager leading SAP implementation projects in the retail and distribution industry.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational change initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP Implementation projects in the Retail and Distribution sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules including FI-CO, MM, EWM, TMS, SD, IS Retail, CRM Sales and Service, SuccessFactors, and their integration with third-party systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in retail and distribution, especially related to SAP technologies and solutions.
