SAP IS Retail SD Consultant Jumbo Group

Jumbo Group is in search of a seasoned SAP IS Retail SD Consultant in Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road Near Maktoum Bridge, Karama, Dubai, UAE, ideally with a robust retail and distribution background, responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, deployment and optimization of SAP IS Retail module to enhance their internal retail business processes. Candidate will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand business requirements, design tailored solutions and ensure successful implementation within their organization. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of SAP IS Retail SD Consultant

• Overall responsible for end to end design of effective, scalable Omni channel solution implementation in S/4 HANA and other related applications.
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather and analyze process gaps, business requirements. Related to retail processes, merchandising, inventory management, and sales.
• Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in SAP IS Retail module to design comprehensive solutions that meet their internal business needs, align with industry best practices, and optimize efficiency.
• Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of SAP IS Retail module, including configuration, customization, data migration. And integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of SAP S/4 HANA IS Retail configurations and processes to ensure functionality, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements. Address any issues identified during testing and validation phases.
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users and support teams on the functionalities & processes within SAP IS Retail.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the implemented solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accessible for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP IS Retail updates, innovations, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within their internal retail ecosystem.

Requirements for Role of SAP IS Retail SD Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience as an SAP IS Retail Consultant, with a focus on implementing SAP S/4 IS Retail solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA configuration, customization, and integration techniques within IS Retail module.
• Should have hands on experience in integrating S/4 HANA with Point of Sale, Ecommerce, OMS and other 3rd party applications.
• Should have extensive hands-on experience in configuring all types of Pricing schemas, Intercompany sales, third party sales, Promotions, Markdown planning, Consignment, B2B & B2C sales and order to cash scenarios. Strong understanding of retail business processes, industry trends, and best practices.
• Experience in training & change management, with a focus on driving user adoption & maximizing the value of SAP IS Retail investments.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• In-depth knowledge of SAP IS Retail modules, including but not limited to Merchandising, Inventory Management, Sales, Pricing, and Promotion Management.
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA IS Retail is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Problem solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
