Job Description
Electrical industry is currently seeking enthusiastic and results driven individual to join their sales team as Indoor and Outdoor Salesperson. The Salespersons will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales both inside their showroom and out in the field. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, they want to hear from you.
Responsibilities of Salesperson
- Indoor Sales: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, offering assistance and providing product information.
- Listen to customers’ needs and preferences, recommending products that best meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, highlighting key selling points to encourage purchase decisions.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and customization options, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are well presented and properly stocked.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Outdoor Sales: Identify potential customers and prospects through proactive lead generation activities, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of their products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers, closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Requirements of Salesperson
- High school diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejection.
- Self motivated and goal oriented, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
