Job Description

CAFU is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive growth and success in the B2B segment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of 10+ sales professionals, driving customer acquisition, and expanding market reach. With 10+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding targets, candidate will be responsible for delivering results through a consultative, client-focused approach. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Sales Team Lead

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering growth and ensuring top performance.
  • Identify and secure new B2B clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor team performance on sales KPIs like pipeline growth, deal closure rates, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve strategies, and optimize team performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to expand market presence.

Requirements for Role of Sales Team Lead

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales (a must).
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management preferred, but open to other industries.
  • Strong experience managing and motivating teams of 10+ people to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools to track pipelines and manage customer relationships.
