Job Description
Real Estate industry is seeking dynamic Sales Representative to join their team and drive revenue growth by promoting their products/services and exceeding sales targets.  Responsibilities of Sales Representative
- Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of their products/services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional products/services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or other tracking tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Requirements of Sales Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
