Job Description
Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Downtown Dubai is currently seeking suitable candidate for position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator. The role holder is responsible to support the sales and marketing team in executing strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities to drive hotel revenue and brand awareness.
Responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Coordinator
- Daily and weekly administrative duties.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Raise and keep track of purchase orders for the Department.
- Develop close relationships with other Accor hotels, hotel suppliers and contractors and clients, past, present and future.
- Maintenance of database of key contacts/clients.
- Liaise with other Hotel Departments.
- Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment.
- Supporting the Marketing strategy in line with campaigns including use of email marketing, graphic design, and digital.
Requirements of Sales & Marketing Coordinator
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management or tourism.
- 3 years of previous sales experience within the tourism or hospitality sector is advantageous
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Extremely well organised and able to plan.
