Job Description
Sales Manager (On Trade) at Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI) will be instrumental in shaping business strategy to boost profits and market share with a focus on leading a team of Key Account Managers, enhancing customer relationships, and positioning MMI as the top beverage partner. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Lead and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to surpass revenue, profit, and brand distribution targets.
- Engage in high-level contract negotiations to expand market share and optimize revenue and profits.
- Conduct formal quarterly reviews with top accounts, ensuring alignment with annual plans and addressing variances.
- Strengthen senior customer relationships to maximize revenue potential and collaborate with the Wine team to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements for Role of Sales Manager
- University degree and WSET qualification (preferably WSET Level 3 or higher).
- A minimum of 5 years in sales, with 3 years in a relevant On Trade environment (5-star hotels, bars, restaurants, nightclubs).
- Proven team management experience for at least 3 years.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Exceptional analytical, commercial, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong team leadership abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent numerical skills and commercial acumen are advantageous.
- Familiarity with the beverage industry, particularly in 5-star hospitality environments, is essential for this role.
