Novotel Hotels Abu Dhabi is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Sales Manager Corporate. The role holder is responsible to strategically develop and maintain corporate client relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the hotel group in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager Corporate

• Maintain accounts, contacts, activities, and business details within the appropriate software applications.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and Guests depart satisfied.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required.
• Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Solicit group, transient, and/or banquet business, and reach the consistent achievement of sales objectives.
• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, and seal contracts
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
• Maintain accounts, contact, activity, and business details
• Other duties as assigned.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers.
• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Solicit corporate business through action plan preparation and execution.
• Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts.
• Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations as needed.

Requirements of Sales Manager Corporate

• Bachelors degree in business, Finance or Accounting.
• Relevant sales experience is an asset for 3 to 5 years.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem problem solving.
