The candidate joining the world famous, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah as Sales Manager responsible for the GCC region, will be part of the dynamic Proactive sales team. Responsibilities of Sales Manager

  • Responsible for the performance of their given geographic source market.
  • The candidate will develop their action plan in line with the broader sales, marketing and commercial strategy.
  •  The candidate will proactively manage existing accounts, including performance, trade opportunities and relationships
  • Whilst developing new business, locally and abroad.
  • The candidate working as part of the superb team, will also demonstrate fantastic company spirit, as they work to achieve the broader hotel and team targets.
  • This role requires an influential, creative and innovative approach to sales activities, as well as excellent selling, & negotiation skills.
  • The candidate will enjoy, in line with their action plan, organizing their sales trips as well as attending other scheduled Jumeirah Global Sales Missions & Roadshows.

Requirements of Sales Manager

  • Business or Hospitality related degree from an internationally recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and superb networking ability will be required.
  • Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken is essential as well as an additional language (preferably German).
  • Very organized and disciplined, dedicated and loyal.
