Emirates Islamic Bank is currently hiring suitable candidate for role of Sales Governance Manager for its Career Comeback Program. Responsibilities of Sales Governance Manager

  • Ensure all the underlying policies and procedures are adhered on an ongoing basis.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with retail banking sales activities.
  • Work with risk management teams to develop strategies for mitigating potential risks.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance gaps, implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Ensure that EI sales and DSAs duly follow all bank-defined policies and procedures. (Direct Sales)
  • Perform Regular analysis based upon available data and support Senior Manager Sales Governance in enhancing the current process.

Requirements of Sales Governance Manager

The requirements of Sales Governance Manager are as under:

  • Graduate with understanding of Sales Governance function Local banking regulations.
  • A minimum of 8 years professional experience in Banking with in depth experience in Operations, Retail Banking, Branch Banking.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant Sales Governance function required.
  • Hands on experience of handling DSAs (Direct Sales) and related BAU matters.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Conversant with full range of Banking Products and Services.
  • A proven track record of consistent performance and achievement.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation skills, good organizational leadership and interpersonal skills are must
  • Good knowledge of the Policy, Procedures, Standards, local and international regulations.
  • Analytical Thinking/ Business Orientated
  • Interpersonal across work groups.
  • Self-motivated, team player, ability to work with senior management teams
